I'm MaryAlice, a hair and makeup artist and I'm on a mission—a mission to connect with and learn about 10,000 of my Beauty Pros peers! It's been an incredible adventure so far, traveling the globe, immersing myself in diverse cultures, and encountering remarkable individuals like you.

From the majestic landscapes of Alaska to the bustling streets of New York and Thailand, I've had the gift of witnessing an extraordinary display of intelligence, innovation, perseverance, and diversity that defines our community. And at the heart of it all, passion (of course) is our common language. Passion is a driving force that fuels our creativity and connects us all.

As one of my Sheros, Arlan Hamilton once said, "Every time you meet a new person you have an opportunity to learn something." So here's to creating more of those opportunities, sharing our stories, and to building a more connected and empowered community.

Each of us brings something unique to our space, and it's through sharing our stories that we truly be a community and uplift one another.

Arlan also said “In my big picture when I look into the future, we are no longer underestimated.“ I believe that the future is now. Through connection and relationships we can eliminate professional barriers, defy expectations, and share a more united beauty industry.
